$6 flat rate. Free Shipping for orders over $100.

We will do our best to have goods delivered within the time provided. Sometimes deliveries can be delayed through reasons beyond our control.
Please note that parcels shipped to WA and remote areas may take an additional 1-2 days to deliver.
$10 flat rate (under 1kg). Free shipping for orders over $200 (under 1kg).
(For orders over 1kg, additional postage payment is required. Costumers will be contacted and provided with paypal invoice for extra postage cost.)

All International orders are shipped via Australian post. Buyer is solely responsible for any duties/tariffs/brokerage fees/taxes at country of destination.
Returns and Exchanges
All items are carefully inspected before shipping, however at times small things may be missed.
You must inspect the products immediately upon receipt of goods. Should there be any faults with your delivered product, you must notify Dirdy Birdy within 2 days of delivery via email outlining in detail what the product defects are or of any other complaint that you may have in relation to the products.
If you fail to give notice in accordance with this clause, the products shall be conclusively presumed to be in all respects in accordance with the order and free from any defect that would be apparent on reasonable examination, and you shall be deemed to have accepted the products accordingly.
Please note: Returns and exchanges will only be accepted provide the hygiene sticker is still attached to bikini bottoms or any garments that are provided with one. Please try on bikini bottoms BEFORE removing sticker (once sticker is removed, it can not be reattached).
If product is faulty we will either send you a replacement product, or refund you the purchase price.
If you’ve received a wrong or faulty product, we require you to return the product prior to refunding or replacing the item. If we deem product to be faulty or confirm it is the wrong product, we will reimburse your reasonable postage cost of returning them to us in addition to the purchase price
These remedies are subject to the following conditions:
- contact Dirdy Birdy via email within 2 days of receipt of product.
- Provide reason/s for a refund
Should the item obviously be damaged due to no fault of Dirdy Birdy these items are non refundable or replaceable.
Sale Items are non refundable or exchangeable unless faulty.
Seconds are non refundable unless the faults are not what was listed on item description
You may exchange items for any reason unless items are sale items or stated as non refundable/returnable or non exchangeable.
All postage costs to return and send replacement products are at customer’s expense.

- Provide reason/s for exchange
- Return product at their own expense
- Product must be received by us in the same condition as when it was packed by Dirdy Birdy.
- Make payment for any postage costs to send replacement product.
