IMPORT DUTIES/TAXES
important: Where duties, taxes, or other import charges are not collected by Dirdy Birdy at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the relevant carrier or customs authority in the destination country.
If the customer does not pay the required import charges and the parcel is abandoned, refused, or returned to Dirdy Birdy, any refund will be issued for the order value less the original shipping cost and any return shipping, customs, handling, or related fees incurred.
If the parcel is abandoned or refused and is not returned to Dirdy Birdy, no refund will be issued.
Returns and Exchanges with Australia
We provide exchanges and Returns provided the following conditions are met
- Item(s) are returned to us within 14 days of arrival
- items are clean, unworn, and in original condition
- Return Shipping is paid by customer except in the case of faulty or wrong items
- For Exchanges a $10 fee applies.
- Any prices difference between exchange item will be refunded or charged

If you don't have an account please email Hello@dirdybirdy.com to request an exchange/return. Provide order number and details about your request.
We recommend using a tracked service when returning your item.
Returns outside Australia
We do not provide exchange for orders outside of Australia. If you wish to exchange for another item you will have to submit a RETURN request and place a new order.
Return shipping cost is payable by customer except for faulty or wrong items. Refund payment MINUS original shipping fee will be sent once items are received by us.
