Returns and Exchanges with Australia

Free return shipping for Australian orders. 

We provide exchanges and Returns provided the following conditions are met

  • Item(s) are returned to us within 14 days of arrival
  • items are clean, unworn, and in original condition
  • Any prices difference between exchange item will be refunded or charged
  • The original cost of shipping will not be refunded.

If you don't have an account please email Hello@dirdybirdy.com to request an exchange/return. Provide order number and details about your request. 

We recommend using a tracked service when returning your item.

Returns outside Australia

We do not provide exchange for orders outside of Australia. If you wish to exchange for another item you will have to submit a RETURN request and place a new order.

Return shipping cost is payable by customer except for faulty or wrong items. Refund payment MINUS original shipping fee will be sent once items are received by us.
